SerendiPity Guild Rules

1. Do not cause trouble for the Administrators or Moderators/Officers.

2. Offensive Language - What may not be considered offensive to some, may be considered to another as completely unacceptable. This is what makes regulating language difficult. We are entitled to our freedom of speech so this is not a rule against language, but a rule of common courtesy instead. If any member feels another member is being offensive on the forums or in any guild channel that MMO-Games run, they must first ask that member to please moderate their language via a personal message. If the problem persists, a moderator/officer must be notified and the matter will be taken further. This includes any inappropriate and immature content in game, and in posts, which can be deleted or edited at the discretion of the moderators. We do have a word censor on the forums but it is easy to get around.

3. Conflicts - The forums or in game chat channels are not the place to settle differences. Accusations and/or disputes are not to be settled using the forums or in game chat channels. Conflicts between 2 members must be settled via private messages. As any violation of this rule violates "The #1 Rule", it must incur a heavy penalty and possibly banning/kicking from the site or the guild.

4. Once someone has been banned or kicked from the site or guild, we do not allow complaints about it. Once banned or kicked from the site or guild, we are done with that individual, and no amount of complaining from other members will help. We don't need to justify our actions, this only causes more work for the Administrators and Moderators/Officers.

5. No Porn - If you must tell or show someone something related to porn, then please ask for their email address and sent it direct to them. No sexually offensive material is to be posted on the forums or discussed in game as we have both young, old and both genders using the site. Illegal postings that are illegal, such as Child Pornography, drug dealing or other illegal activities, images or information are not allowed and will be deleted. You accept full responsibility for what you post and chat about as we cannot be held liable for the activities of others on our site. We will cooperate with the authorities should they investigate your illegal activities on our site. Remember, the authorities are always watching everything on the Internet!

6. No Politics & no Religion - As different peoples opinions vary, this subject will always spark off debates about right and wrong. So as we are a multi national community with many different religions there will be no talk about politics or religion.

7. Racism - Racism and all forms of discrimination are strictly prohibited at these forums and in game. Anyone posting on the forums or chatting in-game about any racially offensive, or general discriminatory material could be banned/kicked from the site or/and guild.

8. Stay on topic - If a thread goes off topic to much it will be locked, split or moved.

9. When you register you MUST use your in-game 'main' name in what ever game you are playing as your username or if you wish your real life name. This will help prevent confusion trying to work out who everyone is. If you have not selected your in-game name as your user name then you also MUST have your characters names in your signature or on your profile in the characters fields.

10. Spamming - Spamming is not allowed and you don’t get a little clock for posting the most spam. So please only post on topic material and not just smiles and one liners.

11. Server Info - Any server information that is contained on these boards such as ip address and passwords are NOT to be given to anyone who does not have access to that information on these boards. You will get banned from the server and possibly the site if you do.
