GUILD POLICIES.
Members of Loyalty are always expected to act with respect towards the other players on the server, inside and outside of the guild. We feel strongly about preserving the guilds reputation - that has taken time to be built up. No verbal abuse/discrimination/racism/sexism ect. will be tolerated towards anyone - Common sense is all it takes, Don't make yourself and your fellow guildies look like fools! - Always be a team player! Do your best to welcome any new members, make sure they feel a part of the guild from scratch. All members should do their best to help their guildmates and all members can expect to be offered aid, within reasonable boundaries, if requested. Obviously please also respect that we raid frequently, no-one can help you during a raid to complete your 5 man runs! No one is forced to play at any given time in the guild, we appreciate everyone has a life outside the gaming world. This is not a guild for extreme hardcore players only, though we have a base of very serious raiders and will never recruit socials or non-raiders. But we ask that you show respect and consideration for those creating the raid groups. Please don't sign up for raids just to 'save your spot', sign up if you feel you are able to attend the whole of the raid. We want our members to show commitment and be loyal to us. We ask you not to raid with other guilds on the server. There may be a exceptions to this rule. For example, If you would be gaining knowledge of new instances that Loyalty have not yet raided. However, you must first discuss this with your Class Leader and this must be subject to attendence on a non-raiding night for Loyalty. Conflict Conflicts between guild members unfortunately will happen sometimes and should be solved as soon as they arise - holding grudges is a waste of time. If you feel angry/dissappointed or any negative feelings towards another person in the guild then try to resolve your feeling amicably by talking to that person yourself and do your best to straighten things out at a suitable time. If this fails you should turn to Class Leader or Officer to solve the issue. If your issues are regarding your Class Leader or Officer then contact a Guild Leader. If it is reagarding a Guild Leader, then please tell us we wont be offended! We are mature people and its a game, no reason to be anything but friends. Guildchat A great place to be if used properly! Use it to pass messages or just chat with the whole guild. Don't use it to talk with just one other player for long periods or instead of group chat. Don't ever spam. Do not take personal quarrels with another player to the guildchat. Please dont ask to borrow gold - this makes some people feel uncomfortable. Never use offensive language in this channel, not everyone is of the same age group and respect other people's personal opinions. Treat people how you wish to be treated! Guild Website. Please check our forums on a daily basis, guildchat and GMotD isn't satisfactory for keeping our members up to date. |
